“Working with Tracey and Alex over the past year and a half has been an absolute pleasure.

Tracey and team delivered a bespoke leadership training programme for Hackney Council that was rolled out just as the Covid-19 pandemic hit. Tracey was able to repurpose the programme to be delivered virtually and did a fantastic job in ensuring the content and delivery remained engaging and motivating.

Tracey, Alex and Winston have a huge passion for fostering and encouraging a safe environment for individuals to find their authentic self as a leader, which shone through in the training.

Tracey and the team are inspiring and empowering leaders, trainers, coaches and facilitators and I cannot recommend them highly enough, particularly for being able to maintain such a high level of quality of training and delivery during this challenging time, 2020.”

Emily CooperSenior HR & OD Business Partner (Regeneration)

“We used the ME.TalentScan with all of the candidates we were interviewing for our CEO role. It helped the candidates better understand their skills and provided the interview panel with more clarity on who would be the best fit for the organisation. We will use the process again widely across the organisation.”
