Leading for innovation and creativity

What could be limiting your creativity? Lack of belief in your organisation’s ability to be creative? Allowing self-limiting beliefs to dominate? Misconceptions about the creative process? Lack of alignment across your organisation? Fear of the unknown and ambiguity? Working in a virtual world? The list is long.

We work with our clients to understand what they need to achieve by facilitating more creativity. We then explore with them how creativity could facilitate better outcomes and what the possible barriers are to innovation and creativity within their organisation. 

In the early stages of our engagement we take the time to maintain a curious mind-set to really explore both what is needed and what is currently playing out. Once we have deep dived into the opportunities and issues our clients are facing, we then create a programme, a seminar or a workshop to provide the environment and tools for our clients to design their own innovation and creativity framework.

In this 17 minute video we shine a light on some of those self constructed barriers and discuss how you can build an environment where creativity can flourish.
