Following a successful career in leadership roles within sales and marketing Tracey has a wealth of experience working across a diverse range of roles and sectors with managers and individuals at all levels. Tracey is a creative thinker that is able to take a holistic view to help clients formulate clear strategies and execute plans that achieve results..
In 2007 after 19 years of working in Senior Management roles for Cadbury Trebor Basset, Tracey made the decision to return to the classroom and retrain. By 2013 she had achieved a 1st class hons degree, an MA and completed her studies by achieving a distinction in Executive Coaching at Henley Business school.
Sarah is a commercially oriented, enthusiastic and energetic Learning & Development Practioner and Coach, with 19 years’ experience in blue chip FMCG in both Commercial and HR roles.
Sarah has been coaching since 2004 when she followed a personal passion for developing people and teams and initially qualified as a coach. Sarah has extensive experience coaching for large corporates at all levels of Management. Her enthusiasm is infectious and she brings energy and focus to every coaching conversation.
Tilly is a performance coach and sports nutritionist, working with clients, who are looking for an extra edge or increased vitality to succeed. After 12 years working in the finance sector, Tilly has spent the last decade studying medical and performance nutrition; what when and how we eat affects physical and mental agility, as well as long-term health. As a mentor and coach she aims to give an insight into the simple, achievable, scientifically based changes that can transform clients’ lives.
Veryan has spent over 25 years working at a senior level internationally and within the UK. Working with both with individuals and organisations, she focuses on enabling them to actively and positively manage a successful path through changes facing them, thereby fulfilling their potential. Raj has over 33 years experience as a senior director and leader within the housing association sector in local authority and the private sector. In 2015, Raj left the role he had held for 12 years as
the Investment and Commercial Director and Managing Director of Guinness Developments Ltd, to begin a new career in CoachingMentoring and Consultancy.
Further to achieving an MBA in 1995, in 2014 Raj added to his personal accreditations by achieving a Professional Certificate in Coaching from Henley Business School.
Dorian's areas of expertise: Leadership for change, regeneration, leading successful cross-organisational partnerships, building high performing teams and organisations. Dorian has over 35 years experience as a senior executive and leader. Previous positions held were: nine years as chief executive for a large local authority for which entailed delivering complex services to various communities, chief executive of a small housing association, executive director with a focus on, housing, regeneration, environment and planning. Additional responsibilities include non-executive roles as chair and as a board member of a diverse range of organisations from the health sector to housing, regeneration agencies and funding agencies
